Do you have parking available?
Yes! We have ample free parking available in front of the building.
Do you offer refreshments?
Yes, coffee is available in our lounge while you wait for class and on breaks.
Do you have handicap parking and accessibility?
Yes, Handicap parking is available along with push pad door openers. An elevator is also available to the training room floor.
What are your hours?
We will have classes scheduled monthly. As they fill up, additional classes can be added if needed. If you do not see a class scheduled on a particular day, we may be conducting a class offsite. Please contact us if you need training sooner than the next available class.

COURSES
How long are the classes?
Each course is unique and varies in length. Please see the course description for approximtate duration.
What should I wear?
Please dress comfortably. You may be performing CPR on the floor.
How soon will I receive my completion card?
Typically, your American Heart Association completion card will be sent immediately after class. If not, you will receive your card within 24 hours.
Do you offer classes on the weekends?
Yes! Classes are offered in the evening and weekends. Please contact us if a customized schedule is needed.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
To cancel or reschedule, please call 240-240-6762 or email cpr@savergenix.com at least 48 hours in advance.
If a student fails to show up for class, a refund will not be issued.
Students who are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled class will have to reschedule. No refund.
Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels the class and the student is not available for the rescheduled date/time.
What do I need to renew my BLS?
You must show your UNEXPIRED card.
